What we publish

Stride publishes marathon training guides, race-specific course pages, and comparisons of training products. The Stride Editorial Team is the named author when work is researched and reviewed collectively rather than by a single contributor.

How we source facts

We prefer first-party sources: race organizers for course and event facts, the Boston Athletic Association for qualifying rules, app makers for features and pricing, and the Apple App Store for Stride availability and purchases. When a race fact comes from a specialist data source, the page links to that source and labels figures as approximate where sources disagree.

Comparisons and commercial disclosure

We build Stride, so our comparisons say so plainly. We describe where another product is a better fit, link readers to each company's own information, and date the review. No company pays for placement in these guides.

Updates and corrections

Race routes, dates, app features, prices, and qualifying rules change. Pages show a review or modification date when one is available. We correct material errors without hiding the change. Send a correction with the page URL and supporting source to hello@downloadstride.com.

Training and health information

Our content is educational, not medical advice or individualized coaching. Training recommendations describe general approaches and cannot account for an injury, health condition, or every runner's circumstances. Consult a qualified professional when your health or safety requires individual advice.
