Is Stride really free?

Yes — completely free right now. The first 150 founding members keep free access for life. After that, new members will need a paid plan.

Which races does it support?

70.3 and 140.6 triathlon, plus marathon and half-marathon run plans. Sprint and Olympic plans are next on the roadmap.

Do I need a Garmin?

No. Stride works on its own and syncs with Apple Health. If you do have a Garmin, structured workouts push straight to your watch and activities sync back automatically.

What happens if I miss a workout?

Life happens — Stride is built on consistency over perfection. A missed day doesn't break the plan, and you never start over from zero.

I've never done a triathlon. Is this for me?
